What a scam?! The worest experience EVER~

Our company had order the service from Banff to Vancouver, Canada. After the pickup date & delivery time had confirm, we were told to clear the full balance before shipping. Long story short, after the payment was clear, there was no show to pickup the vehicle, TWICE!! Funny thing was, ABR stopped to return any of our email & calls for a few days, then finally one of the manager got ahold of a real person on the phone, got a "verbal confirm" it's OK to cancel the order and ABR WILL return the balance. So one of the staff had to DROVE the vehicle to Vancouver.

The result was~~ No show, no reply, and forget about the refund ~~ this is the experience we had so far.

My question is, how does the Canadian Government allowing this type of business to continue with such a bad business practice?! And how is it possible for consumer to do across province business since there is really no way to collect the money back?! I can understand if it's across the continent, but we are all on the same piece of land~~

Maybe there should be a website like "http://bedbugregistry.com/"....similar ideas that everyone can post on it~ and for business to clear their bad review, there must be proves or some sort of real action.

One last thing, if the government doesn't act on it, more and more bad business practice will affect the image of doing business in Canada, just because of some unethical owners whom doesn't know how to be deliver their service or product. Overall, pissed off experience and learn our lessons for $576.00.

By the way, the GST that everyone has to pay, gets collect by ABR. Which means, if you can't get your money back, ABR still gets the refund of 5% GST from Canadian Government ~~ How freak up is that??
