Prompt quote provided over the phone was one price.
Quote emailed was another (higher).
Contacted Natalie and she said they made a mistake and she would re-send.
Nothing....
Over a 3 day period, we called 4 times to follow up (left voicemail each time) and emailed once.
Nothing...
If service is this poor before they pick up something you own, you'd have to be crazy to assume it would be any different once in their hands.
