Hopefully this will help somebody. DONT make the mistake of dealing with this company. They are very dubious Russians with ZERO customer service. Wonder how they are still in business scamming hard-working Canadians:
The email below was sent to them on the 15th of November when I found out that my truck was still where I dropped it off in Edmonton. We already left the city and couldn't even get anyone to help us take care of the truck.
They never replied to that email! I finally got to them and all they had was loads of excuses. I lost $$$ on this deal. Bad business!
I just found out that my car that you promised to pickup and ship on Thursday November 4th is still in Edmonton. I was hoping to get this car tomorrow and was devastated to find out the car is still in Edmonton.
Not sure what you guys are up to but this sounds like a SCAM and you can go on the internet to see what people are saying about you.
I have contacted Canadian Fleet Services and they have not heard anything from you in regards to our car. We will have to pay them second time to make sure our car is shipped.
Once you took our money, you stopped responding to phone calls and emails. I sent SEVERAL emails and called SEVERAL times with no response.
