I dropped my vehicle to them almost 2 weeks early and they seemed disorganized but agreed that my vehicle would go out on the "next truck" out west, gave me a date and said 10-12 days. I waited the required 10-12 days and knew I would have to rent a vehicle while I waited for my own to arrive. After 15 days of no word, I contacted them and they said sorry but the truck was too full to get my car on, and promised it would go out on the "next truck". I waited again and still no word. Called them again; they replied sorry but the vehicle was too big for the truck and said they were waiting for another carrier to arrive from Toronto (they are in Milton), promised it would leave on Saturday, in three days time. Still nothing. I called two more times. "There was a delay" and it was leaving tomorrow, then "it was now "in transport" and somewhere in Manitoba" but couldn't give me an exact location or ETA. After 5 weeks and having to return my rental and re-rent another vehicle, I called demanding to know where exactly my vehicle was. This time it was in Saskatchewan and should arrive in the next couple of days. I spent not only the $1200 shipping it but another $1500 in car rentals waiting for my car to arrive. I checked with the arrival place that was supposed to be receiving it at least 3 times. Each time they had never heard of any shipment that was arriving and said there are a lot of scam carriers out there - "good luck" was there response. I tried numerous times to contact the manager but he was always "away on business" or "in a meeting", "out" or the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message when I dialed the numberto the main office. Finally reached the secretaryand said she would talk to him and see if they could give me some money back for waiting so long. Finally connected with the manager and he said he might as well fold the business because he was trying to make a living and couldn't afford to give me money back. I told him I paid ahead of time and trusted them as a company that I would receive my vehicle in the agreed upon time, according to the contract. I told him how much additional I spent and that I was a widow and couldn't afford to put this money out and only budgeted for what was agreed upon. He was almost crying, then agreed that he would re-imburse me at least $1000 toward my grief. He said he would try to pay it in installments and he wanted to be an honest guy and make an honest living. He said he would tell the secretary to reimburse me, but I never saw any $1000 refund or $500 or anything. I have never been able to reach him since. I sent an email explaining what he had agreed to but never received any reply, ever.
DO NOT USE this company. I completely feel that you will pay much more in the long run, waiting and trusting that they are telling the truth.
