booker promised me my car would be picked up by my deadline date. 2 days before deadline date, I called to confirm my pickup was on schedule and date was comimg up. There reassured my car will get picked up. i called again to check on the status of pickup date, they kept me on hold every time i'd called. the Booker was very quick to accept my down payment, but not follow through as planned, i would not recommend thier services...
