I was in a situation where I was shipping my duaghters car from michigan to california. My daughter got in an accident and shipping had to be delayed. Andrew was very accomidating. We had to rush the bump shop guy so the car would be ready. After doing that the transport people never showed up. After calling Faye had arranged a ;pick up for the next day with another company. They were very nice to work with.
