I had a booking with National Auto Transport to ship my car from east bay to Nashville, TN, but even after taking $150 deposit, no one showed up on the scheduled pick-up day. I contacted them the third day from the pick-up date, and their customer service called me the next day saying a truck was pulled away, and they were searching for a new truck. After many frustrating phone calls to the NAtional Auto Transport whose customer service agent is absolutely rude and nasty, it became clear that they wouldn't deliver their promises. I was frentically searching for alternative options, and was fortunate to find the AFT logistics. Faye's so on top of everything. I sent in an e-mail inquiry on Saturday, and she found a driver on Monday. The car was picked up on Tuesday in California, and delivered to Nashville TN on Saturday. I was so frustrated and upset with the other company, and was so worried the auto transportation because I was already in Nashville waiting for the car. They saved me from so much trouble and helped me save money on rental car. Faye kept communicating with me throughout the whole procedure, which made me trust the company. I will use the AFT Logistics again.
