Found a driver quickly when no one else could

I had never used car transport services before and didn't know how it worked. I found a website that would get quotes for me from various transport providers and ended up with about 15 companies who emailed me. I contacted one, and they did a bait and switch - asked me for $100 more than the quote. So I moved to another company, who charged me a big deposit up front and couldn't find me a driver. A third company never returned my calls after our initial contact. At this point, having no driver, I gave up, preparing to tow the car instead.

That morning, ALS Cavalier called me and asked if I had already transported my car, so I decided to give them a chance. Carlos worked with me and within 20 minutes we had a contract and a driver! Their price was right in range and they were the only ones who could make this happen. We were very pleased.

The next time I ship a car, I will save myself a lot of headache and call ALS Cavalier first. I would recommend that you do the same. Carlos is great and will work with you.
