The person i spoke to was Alfredo he explained the 3 levels of service that they offer and went into detail on each one he also gave me more information on how this business works and how some brokers low ball customers to get them to sign.he explained everything thoroughly and was in contact with me every step of the way and even called to make sure i received my vehicle. would definitely do business with them again.
