You and your team were outstanding. I appreciate your support and your continuous communications along the way. This is the first time I've ever contracted for this type of service and my experience with your team made this much less intimidating. I will absolutely seek out your services in the future, if ever needed.

As for the driver/transporter, they were difficult to get in touch with. When the day that I anticipated delivery came and went. I called them several times and was unable to connect and unable to leave a message. The vehicle was ultimately delivered on day ten after their departure from CA, this caused us no hardship whatsoever, but we had no information from them about the anticipated date of delivery. I wasn't able to be there At the time of delivery, but they worked with me such that my mom could take delivery, at her own home. She paid them the amount on the quote and they did not give her a receipt. The vehicle was delivered in great condition.

Ultimately, the experience was very good, with these being my only concerns.

Thanks for all your help, Rene. Again you made what began as an intimidating experience into one that was quite easy.
