In this case, I believe the driver had a problem with his truck and on top of that, the weather conditions were not great so there was a really long delay. We always give an estimation of 7-10 days but depending on many factors, it can be before or after that time frame. It is also difficult to give an exact time to when deliveries will happen. Sometimes the drivers try to give a time frame looking at their situation at that moment, and they could assume and promise the customer a certain time but as they are driving, it can change.
We are constantly working on our time management and accuracy to the best that we can so that events like these do not occur. Thank you again for the feedback; we will use this information to improve our service in the future.
