This company is absolutely THE WORST EVER! They quoted me a price to ship my car from NJ to CO, and 7 days went by without any word from them about getting a driver. I called after a week to cancel, and they did not seem to have any problem with my cancellation. However, a week ago I received my credit card bill, and they charged me the $100 deposit, which they WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO UNLESS THEY SECURED A DRIVER! I called and spoke with Frank and inquired about the charge, and he said he would talk to Matthew about getting the charge credited. Matthew called me and said 'I am not in the office but will call you back tomorrow'. Naturally...no call, so I called him. When i mentioned that I would like my credit he said 'No, that's not happening' and RUDELY HUNG UP ON ME!! I would never, ever, ever do business with this company. I had to call my CC company and do a charge back. I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. STEE CLEAR OF THIS CO!!
