I am sorry you did not get satisfaction in the service provided. We reached out to both you and the driver and provided all of the drivers information and insurance to assure you could be compensated. Unfortunately you did not provide valid eveidence nor proof of this event. Keep in mind the BOL was signed on your behalf upon receiving the vehicles. And you agreed that all was great. After a week you call and state you notice more miles on your vehicle. This could have happened during that week. I stand by the statement previously emailed to you, we can provide a credit towards your next move because of the inconvenience stated. Have a great day.
