The driver then heads to your pick up destination and you choose to cancel, an administration fee is charged to cover fuel, labor and expenses used to process your order. Every customer has the right to cancel with us and have no fee charged as long as they cancel one week after the estimated shipping date agreed upon. In this case we did go ahead and dispatch your vehicle with a driver within the 7 day window, thus why you were charged the $80 to have the driver assigned to you. You booked with us on friday and we dispatched your vehicle over the weekend. You must know that these large car carriers are not I would think this is excellent timming and service. This same driver is the driver whom picked up your vehicle. The fact that you are stating we are fraudulent is not correct. The driver did pick up your vehicle as we sent you his contact info and he received your contact info. We hope you reconsider your rating. We reached out to you several times on saturday but, you didnot answer your phone. We had not been notified from you to cancel the order until Sunday, after your vehicle was already dispatched.
