Please take any negative reviews about this company with a large grain of salt. Plan ahead. Have a Plan B should your initial plan not pan out. Expect delays beyond the drivers' control, and thoroughly read the contract. You are not their only customer. I did not have one negative experience with this company. I purchased a vehicle from a private seller. The vehicle was to be shipped 120 miles. I was regularly and rapidly apprised of my vehicle's progress via emails and phone calls, regardless of who contacted who. I was given a low price, and the company did not waiver from that price. In fact, they lowered my deposit by $10 in order for me to pay the drivers an extra $10 cash. The drivers were so friendly, engaged in small talk, and pointed out any previous scratches and dings on my used vehicle. Any questions I asked were readily and pointedly answered. The drivers represented C&B Logistics and should be highly commended for their professionalism. I requested an open carrier, but the car was delivered in a closed one. I couldn't be more pleased, and wasn't gouged for more money. C&B delivered my car literally door-to-door as promised. It came later than expected, but that is not a complaint. I was told why (other transports were necessary on the way, via a sensible route), and I was given updated ETA's. After spending many hours researching various transporters, and reading multiple horror stories, I am proud to say that I chose the right carrier. I didn't have any problems, but am convinced that if I had, the company would have made them right.
