As we have mentioned to you on several ocassions before. Unfortunately the driver was involved in an accident not by his fault but by another vehicle on the road. The Police department and Insurance company have taken the complete truck and trailer including your vehicle that was not damaged at all to an impound lot. They will release your vehicle upon finalization. We have provided you with all this information in writting along with the insurance information as well. We understand your frustration but, we must abide by the police dept and their laws.
