Service was excellent. Unknown to us, the truck's battery was stolen. Asap the next day found a different driver with a winch and he picked it up promptly. My truck was delayed a weekend for delivery due to a winter storm and I did not mind as the driver was in constant communication.

Shawn was helpful and honest during the whole process. He promptly addressed all issues and was a hoot to work with. The driver even installed t eh new battery for me while the truck was still up on the car trailer on the top rack! He also told me the oil light was on and he added oil again whil truck was on the top rack!
