Fast Service. Car Scheduled for p/u within 2 days. Very courteous staff. Company was upfront with me. They stated approxiametly 7-10 days for p/u. They also told me that it could be a little bit before or after that time frame, and if I was in a rush that I should go with their Speedy Rate which was a guaranteed pickup between 1 and 4 days. If I had known about this site I probably would not have went with ASAP because of the negative remarks but now I am glad I did use them. It is sad that more happy people don't reply to these sites. Usually only the few unhappy customers end up on sites like this. After ASAP led me to this site I was intrigued to type as many true facts about their company. Sorry for all that had bad experiences, mine was great. I guess every company can't make every customer happy.
