I made the mistake of contracting with ASAP to transport my truck from Florida to California. At first the price seemed reasonable and within line with the other quotes that I had received. Once I placed my order and called to follow up on the pick up date, that's when the lies began. Misinformation, non-information and we're still looking for a trucking company began.....

I went through it all, bait and switch, several price increases and dates that were never met. Promises to call never happened, messages taken and never returned, it was a totally frustrating experience.

I learned a lot and so should you!!!

Vehicle was loaded on June 16th and delivered on June 21st. Customer choose our standard rate which is not guaranteed. Customer was made aware of the time frame. Customer expedited their rate and the vehicle was picked up as promised. With the gas prices at their all time high most customers are understanding when it comes down to the drivers expenses. There is not a way that is in our control to price a load with the gas prices sky rocketing the way they have been. Hope all is well with our customer. We offer a money back guarantee to all of them.
