First, the quote from ASAP Auto Shipping ($603) beat the competition by hundreds of dollars. Some other shipping companies provided ridiculously high quotes ($91,000) and didn't even apologize/amend their offer. ASAP was right on from the start. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the customer service from receiving the quote, setting the ship on/near date and preparing to ship my car.

My car was totaled in a crash less than a month before it was to be shipped. Again, ASAP Auto Shipping was incredibly understanding. Their customer service department helped me get a refund of all but a completely understandable minimal administrative fee.

I let them know that if I ever have a car again and it needs to be shipped, I'm coming back to ASAP. Unmatched service and quality on preparing to ship the car.
