Poor Customer Service; Poor Customer Support

Based upon an affiliation with a local Silicon Valley Bureau I hired the services of ATS Transport of Gilroy CA to assist in the move of my three (3) automobiles from California to Texas. The first poor experience with the owner, Randy, was that I had to complete numerous follow-ups in order to understand when my cars were to be picked up. I spoke with him and he indicated my initial request, I then spoke with the carrier who indicated Randy was incorrect and the autos would be picked up three (3) days later (they were actually picked up on the day Randy indicated after numerous threats that I would not be present the three (3) days later as the carrier had indicated). Randy indicated that the autos would take five (5) days to arrive. The carrier indicated ten (10)...as of the writing of this summary, eleven (11) days and still no indication of when the autos will arrive - I tried speaking with the carrier who was unclear of the status of my autos on the tenth (10th) day. I tried several times to contact Randy with ATS who indicated he would return with information...never did. I am proceeding with complaints to the local Silicon Valley Bureau as well as some local news stations in getting assistance on locating my autos. Bottom Line - I have yet to receive correct information on the whereabouts of my autos from ATS or from the carrier.
