Abbott Auto Transport was recommended to me from a friend, and now I know why!! This was the Best Experience Ever! Abbott Auto really knows how to treat their clients and they really know this industry! I had never done this before and I had so many questions and concerns because my car is very important to me and my family and this had to be done in a hurry. Christa answered all my questions and put everything in writing. Both she and the dispatch department were available to me, even on Saturdays, from the beginning until my car was delivered in perfect condition. To me, customer service is very important, and Abbott ensured that I was always given friendly and knowledgeable assistance and they were available when I called. (And I called often!) They quickly found me a carrier and ensured they were up-to-date on insurance, license and bond and they were also excellent to work with! I had access to the driver while my car was in transit and I was given updates en route. I highly recommend Abbott because they are professional and dedicated and experienced and they gave special attention to my particular details that were important to me.
