HORRIBLE and DECEPTIVE THIEVES

Abdul's towing picked up my car from the dealer in Atlanta where I purchased the car. I was told the car would be at my house on Thursday and didn't arrive until Saturday. Each morning when I called for an update I was told it would be there that evening. Each evening when I called to find out where they were he told me it would be the next morning with one excuse after another, never making any attempt to contact me or return my phone calls when I left voicemails.

All of that would have been overlooked except when the car arrived it had a smashed windshield and a gash in the passenger side door. Of course, neither were there when I purchased the car. When I called Abdul to get it fixed he tried to send someone to my house to use an aftermarket windshield which, in his words, would save him several hundred dollars. I refused since a dealer told me it would void any warranty on on the windhsield (it has a rain sensor in it). I also explained that I needed the scratch fixed. Abdul told me he was filing a claim with his insurance company.

After 5 WEEKS (!!!) of working to get the insurance company to accept the claim they told me that it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to collect the $1000.00 deductable directly from Abdul. Abdul has since never returned my calls and told the dealer who I bought the car from that he would NEVER pay me one cent of that deductable. As a result, I was out of pocket $1,000.00 of the $1,800.00 total cost of the repairs.

I would suggest that anyone needing a transport company run as fast as you can if you come across Abdul's Towing.
