WAITED THREE MONTHS AND FINALLY CANCELLED ORDER

I shopped around and got quotes from over 10 car transport companies. Able came in the second lowest, but had a good BBB rating, so I placed my order with them in early April to move a car from Florida to NY. It has been close to three months, and they still have not been able to find a driver to pick up my car. I was told by the customer service reps that the quoting department quoted me a price that was way too low to get the car picked up, and that they "keep telling the quoting folks that they need to stop that.

Almost three months later, I canceled the order and I am paying someone to fly down and drive the car back. VERY disappointed in Able's service and would NEVER recommend them. It appears they use the 'bait and switch' tactic and expect people to agree just to get the car moved. Not me!
