I had my car picked up from Idaho being delivered to Tennessee. I have used Able Auto several times before and had been pleased with the service, so I felt confident in using them once again. The car was delivered on time, however was delivered after 11:00 p.m. in a dimly lit grocery store parking lot. I was given a flashlight to inspect the car. However, the car was covered in dirt and I was unable to make out what the condition of the car truly was. In order for me to go home with my car I had to sign the release form.
The next day in the light and after having the car washed I was able to see the damage done to the car. I called Able Auto, and was told a claim would be opened. After two months with no contact, I called again, was told to call the insurance company myself. I explained the situation, and after an adjuster came out and it was reviewed, was told nothing could be done, because of signing the release form.

Able Auto Transport although the broker, made no attempt to help with my situation, and I do not recommend using their "service".
