We have initiated our damage claim process with this customer. Customer was sent a damage claim form on February 2nd and we are currently waiting for them to return it to our office. As part of the claims process, this customer will be returning to us two estimates to repair the alleged damage, pictures of the area(s) in question and a copy of the Bill of Lading Inspection Report showing the damage marked at the time of delivery and acknowledged by our driver's signature. We did confirm that this vehicle was shipped on an enclosed carrier as instructed, but have no further details available to post at this time. We will update this listing as soon as more details become available.
