Upon phone notice that my vehicle was available for pick-up, I contacted Able and faxed them my check in a matter of minutes. In less than two hours they had placed my vehicle for pick-up. The time frame was well within my needs. The vehicle was picked up as scheduled (which was about a day and one-half from my first contact) and was delivered to me barely 24 hours later. I was extremely pleased with this experience. If there were any troubles at all, they were not made known to me. Therefore, it was a totally pleasing experience. The whole transaction took place from late Friday afternoon til Monday at noon with about 1000 miles at stake! Thank you Able. I picked them from their website which was quite impresssive that offered not only info on where to brag on them, but where to complain as well. That's confidence that they try their best to minimize any problems and maximize scheduling promptness!
