This company was the cheapest when I was looking to transport my vehicle...boy that was a mistake. The only thing that came out of this whole mess was me learning the process of vehicle transportation. This person (Tom) waste no time collecting my money saying that this was time sensitive and the money has to be paid ASAP. My vehicle was suppose to be pick up on January 25th but it never happen, and when I called this man he always had an attitude. It seems like I was bothering him but I am thinking that you have my money and I do not have my vehicle picked up yet. I moved due to the military assigning me to Colorado from Florida and I got my vehicle but had to go through someone else.

My wife got involved and Tom promise to refund my money but that check have not come yet. I went through paypal and they did not help, I disputed the charge through my credit card and they refund the money back to me. I was gullible in this situation and please do not give anyone your money like this up front. This guy is impossible to get a hold of and when you do he brushes you off. DO NOT USE THIS GUY FOR ANYTHING YOU WILL REGRET IT. STILL WANTING FOR THE MIRACLE IF HE SENDS ME A CHECK. Either way I was lucky to get my money back and my credit card company will handle the rest.
