I consider myself extremely hard to work with and a person who firmly believes in, "If you want something done right, do it yourself." Or, have Bruce do it. Bruce cuts the BS and is open and honest with you about the entire process. He quoted me a price and I told him I thought we could go a little lower, he didn't fight me on it and I saved $50. It's the little things here and there. I was a nervous wreck about shipping the car, assuming the worst and that somehow I'd get screwed over. I researched it over a week and I'd use Bruce again in heartbeat. If you're a follow perfectionist and control freak, Bruce will take care of you.
