Don - We are flattered that in retrospect you realized you should have stayed with Absolute. Please keep in mind that throughout the process we were completely honest with you regarding the scheduled pick-up time and as soon as we discovered the driver's cancellation, we notified you immediately of same. You choose to cancel the order and were refunded immediately as you know. Christopher explained to you that the other company didn't in fact have another driver available only to charge the additional $200.00. That's why we are shocked that you gave us a 1 star in honesty when in fact we were the most informative and honest company you dealt with.
