While we do everything to provide the best service to our customers, sometimes things just get screwed up. In this case, we had several driver cancellations and since we needed to move this vehicle asap, we turned it over to Dependable. Our goal was to get the vehicle there as quick as possible and we did what we could for this customer.
We did not even charge her a fee, since it was our mistake.
