Roman did a great job. He was as concerned about my car as if it was his own. It was raining at the time of pick up but he was willing to wait it out till the rain stopped before moving my car, it being a convertible. He took add percaution and put a plastic sheet over the seating area. The whole event could not have been any more painless.
