The scratch on the hood of the Gallardo was marked on the BOL prior to loading the car witch releases my driver from liability but the fact that you are a repeat customer I paid out of pocket just to keep you happy now on this last move again the damages were marked on the BOL my driver went over everything he marked with you on delivery the damage on the defuser you didn't even know about until my driver pointed it out to you at that point you told him that you would take it up with Lamborghini of New Port Beach signed his BOL releasing him of liability and off he goes at that point there is not much I can do for you but refer you to my insurance company they have all the necessary information which I sent over as soon as the adjuster asked for it including recorded statements from myself and the driver now as far as how long they take to conclude the proses is really out of my hands.
I'm truly sorry for the way thing turned up and wish you all the best in the future
For future reference please keep in mind that when you service your car again the service department are not as careful with your car as transport drivers
