I placed a reservation for transportation and needed to cancel the same day. The policy states that they may charge you up to $75 for a fee. I got in touch with Harry Paul and he mentioned that even though they had already sent my payment to the dispatcher, that he will do his best to see if anything can be done about that fee. He called about an hour later and was able to reduce the fee to $40. It was appreciated
