Ace Auto movers reneged on a bid which they had reviewed x 3. Then refused to refund paypal fees. Paypal, however, refunded those fees after I contacted them. They will claim a wrong zip code was entered, however, on their form the proper city was entered.

When we received the lead to quote the zip code on the lead was 52553 which map quest pulled up IA to PA.The proper city may have been on there,but with the zip code that was entered it pulled up IA,NOT AZ.Once we received the order we saw the quoted price and knew there must have been a mistake.We contacted the customer right away and explained the situation.The customer wanted a refund which we gave him,but was unable to pay the PAY PAL fees,due to the reason we never receive those funds,pay pal does.We are sorry for any inconvience this may have caused our customer.
