Such great service, absolutely incredible experience

This was my first time shipping a vehicle. Hilton Transport had connected us with Ace not only because both firms have a solid reputation it is clear they have a very established working relationship. I had initially looked at the internet referral services, got 10 quotes and then started to call some of the companies to find myself not satisfied. After being armed with more knowledge I headed to this site and decided to find an honestly rated entity in Southern California that would be a good fit. This wasn't a good fit, this was a GREAT fit. My son recently graduated from a CA university and had left his car on campus assuming that he would return to CA for employment but ended up getting a job back here in NJ. Thus we needed the car shipped home. Working with his friends on campus with their schedules was a challenge but here is the part that will interest you: Between Nichole (Hilton) and EK (Ace) they managed (AT NO EXTRA Charge- other places wanted extra extra $$$$) to have my son's car picked up within a 6 hour window with great communication. The car left CA on Thursday and arrived by lunchtime on Tuesday less than 100 feet from my property which is a difficult neighborhood for 8 car auto carriers. The communication line was incredible and very, very honest. I got a call the night before arrival telling me about a 2 hour window of arrival. The call came during the exact window. The driver, who was delightful, called to tell me he was about 30 minutes away and he showed up in 33 minutes. Very professional, very polite. There was no language barrier issue. I think some people get confused with quiet professionalism or haven't had the pleasure of experiencing it. I highly recommend this firm Ace because of their their incredible work ethic. I will use them again and tell anyone who will listen to me to use them as they were great. The car as expected was dirty; what car would not be in an open carrier but otherwise was received as it was sent. Congratulations to Ace for making my first experience a memorable one. You have set the highest standard for such services. Thank you. Too often many forget to say thank you for a job well done when we all will complain about a problem. Use them, you'll be happy too.
