After having a terrible experience with another company, I called Ace Connect Auto Shipping in a panic on a Friday afternoon as I needed to get my vehicle transported across the country within 1 week. Matt contacted me numerous times throughout the weekend to keep me updated on the driver and when my vehicle would be picked up. Everything worked like clockwork after a driver was secured.
