On July 31, 2024 I purchased a vehicle from Nashville Mercedes. The car was to be delivered in Virginia as soon as a driver was assigned. On August 1, 2024 at approximately 1615 hours I received a call from Acertus Dispatch that my car would be dropped off at my house by 1830 hours. I had no idea my car had been picked up at the dealership and was enroute. I was so thrilled. At 1817 hours I heard a truck coming up the connecting street. Low and behold it was my car. The driver, Ansor Mirsaidov was outstanding, He was So friendly, helpful, a true professional who took pride in his work. Ansor had a wonderful attitude and personality.
