I had confirmed all arrangements prior to the pick up of my vehicle. Everything went downhilll from there. When they came to pick up my car they brought a different trailer, a more expensive one than I had requested and wanted more money than the original quote and it wasn't necessary. They said they needed 5 days to deliver the car. I gave them 7 days, and then I got a call late on the 7th day saying they wouldn't be here till tomorrow, which ruined all of my plans. When the car was delivered, they couldn't even bring the truck to my house. I had to meet them 5 minutes away. It was raining and dark and I couldn't inspect my car the way I had wanted. The next morning I realized how filthy my car was. There was SO much grime that to this day is still on there. And one of my hubcaps went missing during transport. I was extremely unhappy with this company. They lied, they were not dependable at all, and I would never use them again or recommend them.
