I contacted "Across The Globe" nearly three months before our move to Texas. A month away from the scheduled and confirm pick up date of October 29th I learned through initiating contact with Mr. Buono III that the date was mistakenly set for September 29th. Instead of October 29th. Mr. Buono told his son (Mr. Buono IIII and founder of "Across The Globe" that I had rescheduled when I had not.
The new pick up date was scheduled for October 27th but when I called Mr. Buono III for an update I was then informed that the pick up date had been changed to October 29th.
Mr. Buono III told me the driver would contact me before pick up but I was never contacted by a driver and on the scheduled date of October 29th no driver came to pick up our vehicle.
Mr. Fred Buono III and his son Mr. Fred Buono IIII both refuse to return my calls and my $150 deposit.
"Across The Globe Transporters LCC has caused a great deal of inconvenience to my family. We're suppose to be out of our apartment and on the road headed for Texas today. Instead we are sleeping on the floor of an empty apartment because "Across The Globe" has shown no regard for decency or professionalism in regards of our business arrangement.
