One of my patients was moving from Tuscaloosa, Alabama to the Miami area of Florida (Hialeah to be exact). I decided to help her because she is an elderly woman and wouldn't be able to do much on her own. She needed her Lexus R-Class SUV transported in a timely manner. I called one of the local Lexus dealerships down there, JM Lexus, and they suggested that I call three transport companies that they work with. I settled on Action Auto Brokers because their salesman, Alex Whitaker, was upfront and honest. He took the time to explain exactly what he and his company would do. And he gave me several other references when I asked for them and I was extremely impressed with the dealerships his company they had worked with!

My patient was very happy with the service she received from Action Auto Brokers, and she was very thankful that I found them for her. She said that their driver called her well in advance and scheduled pickup and delivery times that fit her schedule. According to her the driver was prompt, friendly, and delivered the car without any damage at all. Additionally, both Alex and one of the other young ladies at the office, Jenny Lu, called both myself and my patient several times to make sure everything was going according to plan.

All in all this was a very good experience. If I ever hear of any of my patients needing car transport I would not hesitate to refer them to Action Auto Brokers!
