IF YOU ARE EVEN CONSIDERING THESE PEOPLE I WOULD SUGGEST YOU THROW YOURSELF OFF A BRIDGE!! LIARS!! CHEATS!! AND THIEVES!
I had a car shipped from Seattle , Washington to Florida. THE CONTRACT WAS BROKEN WHEN THE DELIVERED A 1967 Lincoln Continental Convertible, in near new condition, 3 days early when my client was still in NY.
So they dropped it in a tow yard and WOULD NOT TELL MY CLIENT WHERE THE CAR WAS !! HE HAD TO PAY FOR THE TRANSPORT BEFORE HE COULD SEE THE CAR!! WHY??? BECAUSER THEY DRILLED HOLES INTO THE FRAME AND THEN TIED THE TRUCK TO THE DRIVE SHAFT OF THE CAR MAKING IT INOPERABLE!
THESE PEOPLE ARE THE REASON THIS INDUSTRY CAN GET A BAD REPUTATION!!
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!@! THEY HAVE ZERRRRROOOOO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Thank you for submitting the email, even though it was hard to read in capital letters. (what a punk)
As we could see from the pictures, damage occurred due to a rusted metal of 44 year old vehicle. Your vehicle was safely secured like the rest of the vehicles on board. This is the procedure that needs to be done to all vehicles before transporting. As a result of the 44 year old vehicle's undercarriage the metal became rusty and soft which resulted a ripped metal.
You should understand that 44 years old undercarriage it is not realistic that it will withstand the pressure that a cured during the process of the transport. According to the Terms and Conditions of the Bill of Lading, Section 6, undercarriage damage is not a responsibility of ACC (please see attached).
The amount of $135 that you claim for is not our responsibility either, as your vehicle was in storage due to you fault. We pre-paid the storage until the date that the driver and you agreed upon. And after that you had a full power to pick up your vehicle and you didn't.
Please understand that our obligation is to pay only those claims that we are responsible for. Therefore, we must respectfully deny your claim. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
