I spoke to Kelly originally on May 14th, 2017. Completed work order for them to pick up my car in Arizona on Thursday, May 18, 2017. I had received numerous quotes from various companies to ship my car. Advanced Automotive Shipping wasn't the cheapest quote I received, however, after speaking to Kelly, I decided to have their company pick up my classic from AZ to have delivered to me in CA. In between time I had been in contact with Kelly. Last conversation I had, she confirmed that driver would be picking up my car on Thursday, May 18th. She told me that the driver should be there between the hours of 9am - 2pm. Thursday rolls by and I find out from my brother that the driver hasn't arrived to pick up the car so I call Kelly only to find out that she wasn't able to get a hold of the driver. In fact she wasn't even sure he would make it. This infuriates me because had I known this was the case I could've scheduled the pick up from another company with enough notice. No one from this company bothered to call me to notify me that they were running late or that the driver was not able to make it. I was the one that called them! After speaking to Kelly, she told me she was going to try to locate the driver and call me back. An hour goes by and still no call back from Kelly. I called her back and only find out that they did not have a driver available. How are you running a business like this?! So I had to take off work, pay for a last minute plane ticket to AZ to drive my car back to CA. Will never recommend this company or do business with again!!!
