Straightforward review: If you're looking for a company that's going to scam you it's advance car haulers with mike thomas. Please be aware. The customer service before shipping the car was very professional. They shipped my car within one week. - three weeks later they charged my account over $1,150.00 extra without my permission, authorization or notification. - I called Mike Thomas the same minute my account got charged, he said it was some type of ''error'' and that I'd get refunded the same day. It's been days and he doesn't answer phone calls, text messages or emails and no refund either. I had to initiate a fraudulent claim and get the authorities involved. This company is a huge scam! Be aware!
