I recieved a quote from Robin of $500 with taxes and all it totaled$525 and required a $200 deposit. The truck was not picked up on the date as promised. After no phone call from the company we contacted them the day later and Robin said that they lost the carrier that was supposed to take the truck and that they are going to get another one and she would call us back. She did not call back that day nor the next. Finally 3 days after the truck was supposed to be picked up she called in the morning and said that she had a truck but it was going to be $100 more. I said that I was not going to pay more being that the signed contract had a price of $525 not $625. I said that we would find another carrier and that I would like a refund. Robin said there was no way that I would recieve a refund of my $200 deposit. She was beyond rude and extremely mouthy. I do not know how this lady and how this company is in business. They are very deceptive people and do not practice business in good faith. I would NEVER reccomend this company to anyone. They stole my money without rendering any services. I do not know how the lady Robin can sleep at night. I'm sure Robin will have some rebuttal to this review as she did to all the other negative ones, but don't let her fool you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

This company is broker not a carrier. They just try to schedule other companies to pick up your car. Be careful because they take the deposit and that goes directly to them. The rest of the money is then paid to the carrier company at delivery. As long as they have your deposit they are all set.

first of all Robin is no longer with the company, as far as the deposit again this is another know it all, how this business works and how much we make on each order. As to the circumstances surrounding the order, we do not know what happened, if indeed there was a conflict between Robin and the customer.The additional amount of $100.00 was a thing that was asked by the trucker, we called the customer to ask if they would pay the additional, if not we would leave the car on the dispatch and try to ship it for the $525.00, if we could not ship it we would refund the deposit. As far as the deposit going directlly to us, this is true, but part of it goes to the trucker to pay the balance of the freight charge.
