i was contacted my barry after getting quotes off the internet. first call i told him i had a better price. he said he will talk to his boss to see if he could do better. came back with a better price which was not the lowest but said the car could be picked up in a few days. "your total price is 840 dollars. you need to pay advance logistics 200 dollars fee via credit car. you owe the driver at time of delivery 640 dollars". ask if any other fees? "no". WAS TOLD MY BARRY THEY HAD A GOOD RATING.

driver called from the transportation company that picked up the car. wanted 742.00 dollars. this would make the total 942.00 dollars. told him i was quoted a total of 840.00. he said to contact the broker advance logisitic. talked to andy at advance. said there was a surcharge for fuel and insurnace. this was never mention by barry. andy told me i received an email stating this. I NEVER GOT AN EMAIL. I WAS QUOTED 840.00 TOTAL. never received a contact or signed one. in fact a girl emailed me right after i talked to andy with the contact. but, the car was going to be delivered the next day. andy was totally rude and unprofessional on the phone. threat to take the car to a termianl and leave it there. barry could not be found at this time.

being a broker they have no say on where the car is going to be deliverd. they dont need an extra surchage or insurnace charge because it wasnt there truck that pick the car up. DO NOT USE. TOTAL RIP OFF. if they were smart would returm my 100 dollars instead of getting this type of feedback. they will lose more than an 100 dollars in business after people read this. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE PEOPLE THAT LIE AND CANT BE TRUSTED.

Everything that was charged the customer was disclosed either verbally or over the phone, no one charges anything that was no due. The amount that was charged was fair and the delivery was on time. The customer signed the shippinf order knowing all about any extra that would be charged, he did not question anything prior to signing. As far as the fuel surcharge, this is passed to us by the trucker and then passed to the customer as per the shipping order terms and conditions. It seems that these customers want to write the customer order and the terms and conditions and interret them as well. Calling people names and making accusations will get him no where. If anyone is a scam it is this customer.
