I was quoted, and assured, that there were no hidden costs, and that the shipment would be 'door to door'. The sales person advised me to sign the contract early, and pay the $200 deposit so the rising gas costs would be locked in and there would be no 'extra' fees. The pick up was three days late and was told that in order to have the car picked up now I would have to have it driven to the next city (45 miles away) or pay a extra $100. Since the pick up was already late, and I was having to impose on friends to take care of it for me since I had to start a new job in my new city and couldn't wait around anymore, I agreed to pay the extra. Then upon delivery I was told there was an additional $200 charge. Instead of the $650 quoted I ended up paying $950 total. The sales people were so nice in the beginning to get me to sign the contract, but when I called to complain about the 'hidden' costs they became very abusive and condescending. Very disappointed, so not use this shipping company!!
