I received a quote of $500 - one spot left, need to do it now. I did. They sent me a contract that showed hidden charges. I was emailed back to make changes and send back. I did, however, the company lost everything except the deposit. The driver made us go to him 15 miles away from our house. He wanted $479 in cash or I didn't get vehicle. Called AL and was told I was stupid for believing them, read my contract. I told them that I did read the contract and made the changes per our verbal agreement. They accepted the new contract by executing it. After delivery I received a shipping form with a new amount. I am disputing with my CC. One complaint from a customer might be a fluke, but all the same story from so many? BEWARE. Oh yeah, they told my bank that I was trying to rip them off from the start. UUGGHH! Such dishonest people in the world.
