Mike booked the transport on the 7th for the 14th of May. On May 14
the first trucker Jaba Auto was supposed to pick up the vehicle called
us and told us the truck broke down, we proceeded to obtain another
trucker Advensed who could not pick up until the 18th. This customer
refused to listen to anything, was nasty and biligerent . He signed all
his paperwork which incidently clearly states first availabe date for p/u
is May 14th and the terms and conditions give the trucker at least 4
more days leeway for pickup. We were in constant touch with this customer
but nothing would make him satisfied and our terms say if we have a truck
there is a cancellation fee. We did nothing criminal the only criminal things
here are the unreasonableness and nastiness of this customer.
