Overall, I was pleased with the process of shipping my vehicle. Arrangements were made within 24 hrs to have my vehicle picked up which was an unexpected plus because I didn't need the service for approximately 2 weeks. My only complaint is that I needed to adjust my schedule to the pick up time given and the driver was late. I do realize there was a delay at another location; however, the driver wasn't very good in keeping me informed. Natasha my dispatcher did a wonderful job in working with me and being a liason between myself and the driver when I was having difficulty reaching my pick up driver.
